I switched to another slider — the one you saw was not the Genesis Responsive slider but I see that you have moved on to other things so I won’t bug you about it. I’m using a slider that comes close to what I want but not completely

There are two things I wish I could have. They are —

The Genesis Responsive slider had a border that was light gray about about 10px wide

Can you tell me how to do that?

The Responsive Slider was working yesterday but today the images are no longer appearing. I’m using it in the top page widget area.

I installed and activated it in the same manner I’ve used dozens of times. I used to install via ftp now I use the WP System Admin panel. I go to

plugins>add new

I just looked at it again and see another notice:

I changed the debug from false to true and also deleted the plugin folder. I then installed the plugin and got the following message:

I copied the error just as it appears in the WordPress system administration panel. There is no other information. I am giving you everything that I see in the panel. You say I should tell you the kind of fatal error. I don’t know where to find more information on the kind of fatal error. Where do I look to find more information?

I still have not gotten a response to the ticket I submitted a couple of weeks ago (ticket #750427). I have a premium version of NextScripts and thought I’d get some kind of response by now. I deactivated ALL of my plugins and then reactivated the NextScript plugin but still got the same fatal error. Please contact me if you have a solution — if you don’t have a solution could you please just let me know that you’ve seen this post. Thank you.
