hello again – Gave up on PatSaTECH’s plugin, since I was unable to get any response for support. Have purchased the Intuit Innovative Payment Gateway instead but am still having issue getting it to work.

First off I’m getting an error code:

When in test mode, I’m getting that and a blank red box. When put into live mode, it’s that error code, plus

Credit Card Payment via Intuit Innovative Gateway Failed. Transaction message: The account is not active at this time please contact technical support for further information concerning your account.

As far as I can tell, all info is correct and the account is active and functioning. We do email invoice transactions all the time as well as using the mobile app on iOS for face to face transactions, so I am at a real loss on what to do next.

Yeah – it is listed on the Jigoshop website and I was a little surprised that it bounced me to a third party to make the purchase. All I need is a gateway service, not a whole link-in to Quickbooks.

Was not sure if the error was coming from the plugin or from Jigoshop itself since it occurs at the hand-off process.

I’ll poke PatSaTECH. When I last went there, finding tech-support seems … a little off but I’ll see what can be done.

I have also been fighting with this issue of the admin bar login plugin not working with current the wordpress dynamic admin bar. Any time the display size shrinks all content disappears, mobile or not.

After taking 2 days to look over the back end of things, I can honestly say that it’s going to take more than a simple CSS call to get this working while *not* breaking the minimization that WordPress has implemented.

I’d like to put a vote in to have this plugin updated to take advantage of/use the minimization as it affects 1/2 screen desktop browsers as well as mobiles.

Unfortunately, as it stands, I’m going to have to turn this off and use a different, widget based login system until it can be updated. Annoying since I really like this plugin, but that’s the way it bounces.

Ha! Not even 48 hours and I found a bug (though very minor). There was a name conflict in the fact that WordPress Updater kept confusing it with Comic Easel. I’ve renamed the plugin slightly to keep this from happening and have updated my post page accordingly. If you grabbed it before I did the update, I recommended deleting the old one and installing the newer version. Because of the name difference it will not overwrite the old version, but instead install along side.

Been having similar issues about wanting to drip feed comics.

However, I was able to come up with a tiny plugin that let me drip the ‘comic’ custom post type that Comic Easel makes, while using the base level restrictions that s2member defines.

Right now it’s hard coded for letting restricted members to get 1 month early access, then it opens up automatically to everyone. Also the Custom Post Type slug *must* be ‘comic’. I will be creating a back-end UI so that can be changed among other things. Consider this an extreme beta version.

Anyway – don’t know if that will work for you, but since I was making it anyways I thought I’d throw it up here.
