I seems a Theme or Plugins conflict, Test it after deactivating all plugins except for (Coinbase Commerce – Crypto Gateway for WooCommerce, and WooCommerce), and activate one by one to find which one is conflicting.

About redirect back after successful transaction, this option is available in Coinbase Commerce for WooCommerce Pro

This plugin can be used without sharing Non Sensitive data, Plugin always asks user to Opt-in or not to share Not Sensitive data, which we use for debugging and to improve product experience and compatibilities.
