I used the plugin – Bulk Convert Post Format – to change posts to type Image.

I tried that and YES it fixed the issue.

Im seeing the same here.
I have a 100MB zip file.
A download accessed from the Download Monitor plugin button link will stop at 28MB.
A download from a direct link to the file will download fully as it should.

Im not sure if you solved this but I was looking for the same thing….

Go to Pages>Add New
Top right of the Page click on Screen Options
Then uncheck “Quest Page Builder”
Then on the right side Page Attributes menu select Default Template
