Actually, when I added a smaller image the banner didn’t change so I resized the first image I used and made it smaller and now it’s not showing in the banner. So I think maybe the size was the problem…

@gfennell – click the add new button next to the forum subject (for this section it’s next to where it says How-To and Troubleshooting in big bold letters) at the top of the page.

Possibly, but I was looking at details that said FTP and a tutorial for the program. But either way, does it upload to the host site? If it does then I already have all the files on there…if not, where is it uploading to?

I have an FTP client but it keeps saying it can not connect. Where does it upload the files too though? The host site?

The files still uploaded despite the error, but I reuploaded the files that caused that error and they uploaded fine. The plugin still isn’t listed though, is there something else I need to do?

Thanks. I think that’s the one I installed, but I didn’t understand it so I deleted it and now no plugins seem to want to install, it keeps giving me an error. It was doing that earlier too so I’ll have to try again later.

I don’t know PHP and I only just started using WordPress like 24 hours ago. I’d say I’ve got a good understanding of it in general, but not so sure about for this.

Which? There’s a few that say that. I tried installing two – one did nothing as far as I could see and the other expected keys for something and was on about purchasing things (which i don’t want to do).
