In reply to: [WooCommerce] 504 gateway timeout error after payment (Stripe and Paypal)Thanks for sharing your site report this is helpful! One thing I notice upon review is that the WooCommerce Database on the site is a bit out of date, it’s currently showing:
WC Database Version: 8.5.2
This should match the currently installed version of WooCommerce on your site which is version 8.9.1, as such I’m going to ask you to please update the database and let us know if the issue persists, if so we can proceed from there.
To update your database please ensure you have a good back up of your site to protect against unexpected behavior. Once done please head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, scroll down the list and select the option to update the WooCommerce database. Once the update is done please test replicating the issue again and let us know the result.

First, can you tell us at what point you encounter the error and where you see that the XML file is empty?
Second, if you’re seeing an error message around this can you please share the error text (or a screenshot of the error message)?
Finally, can you please head to Marketing?>?Pinterest and send us a screenshot of the three tabs and their current configuration?

Can you please confirm the Gmail you’re checking is registered as the administrator email for the site and that you’ve also checked the junk or spam folders to confirm it was not improperly filtered?

Sorry to see you’re having trouble with subscription checkout and we’ll be glad to help. To assist us in getting started could you please send us a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.
It would also be helpful to understand what happens when a user is registered, are they able to checkout successfully?

Plugin conflicts can sometimes come down to a specific environment, or set of plugins, if you’re experiencing this issue I’d suggest performing a full conflict test, and if the issue persists opening up your own thread so we can assist further.
