Thank you for providing those logs, I’d like to get a look at some of the site configuration information after looking over those.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.
Once we get a look at that we may be able to make some suggestions to help with this issue.

Thanks for letting us know the issue hasn’t been resolved as of yet, it looks like this has been going for a little bit and on the original status report you were running a few items, including WooCommerce itself, that have since had updates.
Have you updated to the most current versions and are you still experiencing the same issue? If not, please run the available updates to ensure the issue still occurs.
If so, or if the issue does occur, I would suggest performing the reset that we have previously recommended. I understand your concern with doing so, I do recommend having a good backup of your site when performing any major changes or troubleshooting steps and would suggest the same in this situation.

Sorry to see you’re encountering this issue with getting PayPal Checkout set up. One thing I would like to note is that from the product page:
Support for PayPal Checkout will discontinue from 1 Mar 2022 and updates to the plugin have stopped as of 1 Sept 2021. We recommend switching to PayPal Payments.
Because of this, and because it sounds like you’re establishing a new set-up I would highly recommend using PayPal Payments which is a free download and is available here: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-paypal-payments/
If not, or if you’d like to stick with PayPal Checkout and are encountering this issue could you please provide us with a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Once we have that we’ll be happy to look into this a little further.

I’m not personally super familiar with setting up Cloudflare as we don’t have specific recommendations for how to configure it for WooCommerce.

I have great news. I found the solution to my problem.
Some product descriptions were written in UPRERCASE only, so Facebook didn’t accept them.
After writting the description with some lowercase characters and reset Facebook metadata I was able to see Variant IDs.
I’m really happy to see you found a solution for the problem you were experiencing and appreciate you sharing what that solution was, this is helpful!

It looks like you are up to date which is great so I want to check a few other things with you.
First, are all variations of all variable products impacted, or are you seeing only certain items that do not sync successfully?
Second, are you attempting to sync more than 100 variations of the same product? If so we’d suggest bringing that number down below 100 to see if the problem is resolved. In this case, since we know the issue is due to a conflict between the way two plugins function there isn’t much I can suggest in the way of troubleshooting.

Thank you for sharing those screenshots with us and giving us a better picture of what’s been happening. I noticed a few things I’d like to suggest in order to get you moving in the right direction.
First, I noticed during setup you may be attempting to configure Instagram shopping as well as Facebook. If that is the case let’s try setting this up without Instagram selected to see if you can successfully connect.

If you’re still unable to connect or if you have attempted connecting without Instagram selected please let us know and include the requested System Status Report for your site. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Is it helpful if I enable logs on the plugin settings, and then simply remove 3 products from the category that is assigned to the FB group, wait for 24h and send you that log? Or do you really need that I manually sync the whole shop?
Whichever way you prefer to approach it is totally fine, I only suggest the manual sync because it allows us to trigger it on the spot, if you’re okay waiting for it to happen and confirming the issue occurs that will work just fine.
