In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products not removing from FB CatalogHi @alemao2k6,
Sorry to see you’re encountering some sync issues with products in Facebook for WooCommerce.
When I remove products from a category that is assigned to a facebook catalog group, it does not remove the product from the group on Facebook
Can you first please head over to your dashboard and check that “Exclude categories from sync” has no entries added under Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync?
If you confirm this is not enabled we should try to replicate the issue and generate a log. Staying on the same page where we asked you to check the settings above you will see an option to trigger a manual sync.
Go ahead, remove a product to test, run the manual sync and then check for available logs. To do this, head over to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, hit the drop down menu at the top right, check for the Facebook sync log and share it here with us.
Once we’ve had a look we’ll be happy to assist further, thanks!
Hi @gavintbh,
OK, I can’t even get WooCommerce Payments to show now so I’ve officially given up! I’ll stick with what I already have.
Sorry to see you’re encountering this issue, if you wish to stay with what you are currently using that is of course totally up to you and what works best for you.
If you’d like us to continue trying to assist please tell us just a little bit about what has happened since you last updated us. For example, were you performing the conflict test and the plugin no longer shows up, or did you encounter something else?
Hi @sevans917,
When it comes to WooCommerce Payments it is possible to clear the cache, which you could be asked to do when running into issues or when troubleshooting with us. It’s a little different than in Stripe and isn’t necessarily required when switching stores, but you can find out a little bit more about this at the link below:
How do I clear the WooCommerce Payments account cache?
Hopefully, this helps clarify but please let me know if you have any additional questions.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] products not synchronizing with facebookHi @kkleiton,
You understood correctly. The main product get a ID and the variable product don’t get it. I tried to reset products and the result is same. the products don’t show in my catalog nor in my facebook store.
Thank you for confirming this and providing that status report.
Can you also share how many variations there are on a product that is not syncing properly? To avoid issues we do recommend ensuring it is less than one hundred variations per product.
If it is less than one hundred per product and you are still experiencing the issue you could attempt reconnecting with Facebook entirely. There are some steps available at the article linked below:
Please let us know if this resolves the issue for you.
Thanks!
Hi @rengoeptar!
I have already found out that I am not able to create a Facebook shop, because this is not supported in my region.
So I have created the shop on the Facebook page. And connected the catalog with my business account. Is it possible to integrate this Facebook page shop with woocommerce using the plugin and the Facebook pixel?
From what it sounds like you’re not able to set up a Facebook Shop due to a regional restriction but you did create a standard Facebook Page. From here you’d like to see if it’s possible to connect with the plugin?
If I’m understanding that all correctly then no, the plugin would not be able to integrate with this page and would need to go through the process outlined in the support documentation.
Hi @rengoeptar,
this what I see: https://snipboard.io/s0OcPN.jpg
It looks like you’re able to sign into the Facebook commerce manager, from there you need to create your shop by selecting “Add Shop” in the top right.
Facebook has some documentation including videos that walk you through the process of setting up your shop here:
https://www.facebook.com/business/learn/lessons/how-to-set-up-a-shop-in-commerce-manager
Once that is all set up you should then be able to configure the plugin to sync to the shop you’ve created.
Please let us know if you run into any issues.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] woocoommerce block cart order summary issueHi @rayhart,
Thanks again for the feedback, i’ve try as you suggest, deactivated all the plug-in and change the theme to storefront, but sadly, the problem still there.
Thank you for letting us know the results of this test and sharing the screenshots with us. With what you’re seeing and that it’s still happening when isolated down to just those few items I’d like to ask you to open up a ticket with us here:

Please reference this thread when opening the ticket so we can continue assisting from there.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Products not being added for all countriesHi @marobe,
Sorry to see you’re having trouble with the specific feed not syncing up.
Could you please take a look at the Google support document around troubleshooting your feed and confirm for me that the products do have the necessary attributes and properties?
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188476?hl=en&ref_topic=7288019
I’d also like to ask you to take a look at the processing data section of the impacted feed, let me know if you’re seeing any errors listed out there or any issues specified for any of the products? I’d also be interested to know how many items are in the feed and if it is displaying the correct amount.
Please let me know what you find and I’ll be happy to assist further.
Hi @codenest
> Then User added a new card, not working Lost Card error. After that payment, the website did retry and the user got a source detached error because the plugin used the old(removed) source id.
I’d like to make sure I understand what’s been happening here, you mention the customer added a new card and then received a Lost Card Error, is this the cvrd that was then removed unexpectedly after another attempt?
If that is the case I suspect we’ll need to look into this a little further and would suggest opening up a ticket with us here:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
Thanks!
Hi @recovo,
Unable to input card details to the credit card input field.
I’m sorry to see you’re running into trouble with the checkout page of your site and the payment field. I went over to take a look and I was able to enter details into the credit card form at checkout, I was unable to replicate the above.
Could you expand a little on what you have been encountering, does it not accept valid information, does the form not allow you to input at all, or are you encountering something entirely different?
If you can share a little more I’ll be happy to help!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] I want to disable tracking of certain pixel eventsHi @overdriver,
I would like to exclude Add To Cart & Initiate Checkout events
Thank you for clarifying what you’re looking to do, it sounds like you want to make some customizations to the functionality of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. In order to do this, we generally recommend working with a developer to establish custom code specific to your use case. We would not be able to provide the code necessary from our end and would suggest looking at the available options here:
https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Hi @bryanchew29
reset didn’t work. product still show sync and show but variants not showing up in facebook shop while in commerce manager, I can see all the variants created.
Thank you for attempting this and letting us know what you’re seeing, at this point if resetting the products did not work you may want to attempt reconnecting Facebook for WooCommerce entirely. To do so please follow the steps linked below and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue.
Hi @sagraphics,
we are having difficulties taking payments through Square. It always produces the error “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment”.
I’m sorry to see you’re encountering an error when processing payments with Square. I’d first like to ask you to take a look at the linked section of the support article below, can you confirm your site meets all of these requirements and is configured properly?
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/#section-44
If so, please head over to WooCommerce > Settings > Square and select “Enable Logging”. Once you’ve done this test your transaction again, you should then head over to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, to find the log generated for the transaction. Please share the contents of that log in your reply so we can review it for you.
Hi @michael1022!
I have downloaded your most recent version of the plugin, removed the one I had, and installed the newer version. Everything seems to be working now.
Thank you for letting us know what resolved your issue for you, we definitely recommend keeping things up to date when possible to avoid unexpected situations such as this.
I will go ahead and mark this thread as solved, should you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
