I dont know if it is rules are being added to .htaccess, example when i enable the the guest mode or browser cache (which specifies will edit .htaccess file) and when click save changes it shows that enables, and when i refresh the same page the option is shown disabled

ZUJFBWRT is the report number. i have now enable the cache mobile option, i checked the desktop now it is showing fine, it usualy shows header correctly when purged all cache and after some times it goes, now it is working fine i will check again after some times thank you
