I just want to add… since Day 1 I purchased the plugin, I have had excellent support. I remember there was 1 issue after an update not this latest one and it was fixed while I was sleeping. I logged into my admin dashboard and noticed I had no error message. LOL

I wrote a review on my blog about the plugin because I am so for it and love using it. If anyone wants some information about the plugin, contact me and I’ll give my review for free.

The paid version is better because it looks like I am always sharing content on my social media outlets at the same set time even though I might not be online or even awake. Since I edit old blog posts a lot, it’s great to have that old content reshared because new followers will see the old updated posts.

This plugin is like my paid social media manager that I never have to talk to. I tell it what to do with editing settings. lol

I’m still getting this as a paid client and make no changes to the plugin other then update plugins and update wordpress. Never touched any settings. I have whitelisted the IP in my hosting account and wordfence but nothing works.

The plugin conflict is fixed with that update. No other issues reported.

As usual, plugin author(s) doesn’t visit there own support forum at least once a week to skip over threads that need a plugin author response.

I hate recommending plugins to people and having to convince them that it will work with the latest wordpress version and genesis framework that are so old.

Look, the dates is what people look at when downloading plugins, just takes the author a few minutes to edit stuff for WordPress to say it works with X current version.

O well. I’ll still use it. lol

The hello pro theme runs on the genesis framework but this theme is a 3rd party theme that StudioPress did not create. So with any 3rd party themes you need to get support on theme issues from the theme creator. When you bought this theme you should of read in your package you received about how to get support on the theme. I will try to email the theme creator myself to visit this thread but she is the only one that can give you an answer on this.

I think the theme just needs to be updated to co-exist with the simple edits plugin. I am using the same plugin but my theme is a modified StudioPress official theme I tweaked myself.

You might have to wait 24 hours to get a response from the theme author. Its truly a theme problem then more customers will run into this same issue so the zip file package files would have to be updated.

Try upgrading the plugin now. Monsterinsights made a few updates because people was complaining about certain things. They actually listening to us. Create a thread in the support forum with details.
