Resolved: Okay I messed with it a bit more and resolved the issue. (FYI I copied the post_loop_template.php (or the contents of) into another php file and labeled it as another name (post_loop_template.php) removed the contents inside the first set of divs and copied my new template in place). This plugin saves the day again.
