Not exactly. Yoast says that there’s no file, I can’t see robots.txt on the server, but I can reach robots.txt after submitting website url + robots.txt in the browser.

If so, then the redirections do not happen automatically. You would need to create a redirection inside Rank Math for it to work.

and is working fine when cliked from wp-admin area.
But when cliked form somewhere else or pasted in the browser doesn’t work.

The first filter works fine and removes the link from the image. But there’s something wrong with the second filter and with the snippet.

That’s right as this is better for SEO not to have double links. Link “under” the title is enough.
