In reply to: Migrated from Hosting to Localhost – ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSEDMy suggestion would be, and what I always do for this sort of thing is:
1. on the hosted site, install the All In One WP Migration plugin and select ‘Export to File’.
2. on the local site “that works just fine”, install the All In One WP Migration plugin and select ‘Import from File’, selecting the file exported above.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and then log out, then log in, and re-save Permalinks twice.
Done ??
Works first time, every time for me ??

Upon further testing, this issue appears to be confined to my local WP testing environment (Laragon on Win 10). A live site with the same setup has no error message.
I’ll mark this as resolved.

LyleAs mentioned above, the Template widget is one way to add a global template. This widget is only in the Elementor Pro add on.
The other way to do this is add the template using the Shortcode widget, which is available in the free Elementor. However, this version does not provide the shortcode.
What you can do is install the free AnyWhere Elementor plugin as it does provide a shortcode for templates.

Lyle@richieps Inspecting the image shows that a box shadow has been applied.
If you can’t find where that was applied, you can remove it by adding this to Additional CSS:
.elementor-9 .elementor-element.elementor-element-6993e9bc > .elementor-element-populated {
box-shadow: none;

Yes, the timezone for the site in question is set to my local time in Dashboard > Settings > General and there it does display the correct local time.
Sounds as though you are using either MS IE or Edge.
