it took a few days but it seems the plugin wouldnt load because of an PHP mem limit which was promptly fixed.

it took a long time to get there and only found the problem by activating all the plugins which I had deactivated.

Anyway, thanx a ton for your kind help and writing back to see if the prob had been fixed

thank you very much for your kind help. I have read thru the link you sent me and added the tags as follows:

When the form is filled in and sent, I get the mail but the checked boxes are not included in the content.

Here is the mail I received:
