So basically there is few problems with navigation menu and those are
when the menu element has a submenu screenreader does not notify about that. Also it is very important to announce to the screenreader whether the menu is collapsed or expanded.
It is not possible to expand or collapse the submenu using the keyboard, it only gets triggered when you hover the mouse, but not when you are using the keyboard.
Also screenreader should announce when you’re expanding the menu how many items it has. Please keep in mind that menu navigation should be entirely possible using keyboard.
I was a bit too harsh I guess when I stated that you have no ARIA support, which you do, because you have landmarks and so on which is good.
So fix the navigation menu, if you need more feedback I rather talk to you via quicker communication method such as email which is
