Thanks for your help. Yes, I am running those so I turned them off and emptied the page cache. Can I delete the wp-content/cache/object and wp-content/cache/database folders now?

Thanks so much. So are you saying that you can use the plugin with any payments solution? I would assume that if you purchase the Gold cart plugin, the WP ECommerce people will supply the code?

The current WP version is 3.4.2 so it needs an urgent update, but not until the plugin is deleted first as that is also out of date. Thanks!

Ok, thanks all for the helpful advice.

So rather than doing a full site backup, I need to do the following:
1) Download a MySQL Database Backup (from cPanel). I haven’t been able to follow the instructions in the above link – I can’t find what i’m looking for, but what I did seems to make sense.
2) Download a copy of my wp-content folder
3) Download wpconfig.php and .htaccess
4) Download wp-admin and wp-includes, just in case

Am I safe just to do the above?

Hi. I’m interested in these purchasing these themes – themes customized for Facebook are not common. However, i’m looking for these themes in the www.ads-software.com library but cannot find them. I would only ever buy a theme that has been tested and approved by WordPress. Can you comment pls – thanks!
