The issue has been identified on mobile devices and tablets (iPhone, iPad), on Safari and Chrome.

A second click would make it work. Same happens to all buttons, not on every click. This also causes many duplicate “cash on delivery” orders.

No reply or reaction to the issues I am facing

The plugin is the latest version.

Still same issue with “Something went wrong, please try after sometime”.

Same issue here caused by WP-Rocket, despite of clearing cache every hour. How to fix this?

Same issue here, managed to fix it by disabling WPSEO Pinterest Rich Pins for WooCommerce. Unfortunately not alternative for this plugin and failed at trying to contact the author.

Unfortunately it doesn’t, same error after both manual and normal update

I managed to solve the issue – it was connected to the server firewall. Switching it off allowed me to generate the codes successfully.

/wp-admin/admin.php permissions are 644.

I don’t think so, never had a similar issue with any other plugin or trying to post something. It’s the first time having an issue like this.

I have tested with the most simple coupon and it didn’t work, same error.

Any idea what could cause the problem?

Hi Jeroen,

It’s not multisite, one of the installs translated with WPML, 2 others are in subfolders and completely separate installs.

I am having the same issue on the install with and without WPML.
