No, I was disappointed that I got no help with this post in 4 months, and I did not accomplish this goal. Perhaps someone can comment. i know it is possible to put video in the header, but I was not able to determine what format to use, and how to get it there.

I would like to do this also, on WP 3.11.
Anyone know of a way to do it? Another plug in, etc.?

I also could not find the category ID number, until I saw it in the URL. Where should I be looking to find Cat ID # and Page ID #?

That is great, but which file do I modify from the dashboard? Can someone walk me through it from the start?

What I need to do is have 2 photos side by side in one post (that works fine), each with a caption below it, and a black background, not a white one!

I also want to eliminate the secondary box behind it. Where do I find the code to edit this?

I’m a nooB too, and just figured it out for the NextGen Gallery plug-in.
When you are in your dashboard (admin area), plugin button shows up on left side below “Settings,” and there is an icon in the row of icons, in the Upload/Insert header on Edit Page.

Well, I finally found out how to show the image gallery on the page, and when I did, it worked. (On Edit Page, click the icon “Add NextGen Gallery,”).

Te red error that says it isn’t going to work is still displayed, but it is wrong! The gallery works great!!

To delete the old theme, I just remove the folder for that theme?
Must I change my site to a different theme first, or will it automatically revert to default theme?
