    Hello @rainfallnixfig

    now makes more sense.

Maybe to update definition of Hold Stock.

When you read it, it means you place order of Product A with stock 1, it changes stock to 0 and hold for X minutes. After X minutes if order is not paid, it will cancel order and restock it from 0->1.

You can close this ticket now ?? Thanks Mirko

    Hello @rainfallnixfig

“Hold Stock (minutes) – Hold products (for unpaid orders) for X minutes. When limit is reached, the pending order is canceled. Leave blank to disable. Please note that this will work for orders in the “Pending payment” status, but not “On hold”.”

This is definition from woo docs.

then this definition for Hold Stock under inventory makes no sense?

Please note that this will work for orders in the “Pending payment” status, but not “On hold”.

If stock is not reduced for Pending Payment orders how then will Hold Stock work? I’m confused.

    Hello @judagutor

tested, Pending Payment do not reduce stock at all. Notes on order is empty.

Installed theme Storefront, disabled all plugin except WooCommerce.

Update: we tested with orders placed through API where we sent Pending status, and we tested Pending payment orders which are placed at WooCommerce checkout on website. Neither did reduce stock with Pending Payment order status.

    Hello Jan @jdembowski ,

@socialbug People do get to be wrong about the feedback and this review will not be removed. – how you mean people do get to be wrong about feedback?

All plugins here are free to install, however their functionalities are not free.

So why do you think that somebody will provide your free affiliate software features for free?

Thanks for 1 star review but your review make no sense.

Hello @jdembowski there are a lot of plugins here which are free but service which they provide is premium. I’m not sure why this unfair review should stay? Maybe I’m wrong but I would like to know. Thank you

    Hello,

Can you please explain me if this plugin can provide the following functionality:

    – creating a hierarchical network – yes, we can do it.
    – the network starts with 1 user at the highest level. All other users are below him (pyramid) – yes, we can do it.
    – access to the network works on invitation basis. Meaning, you (person A) have to receive an invitation per mail from a person (person B). When you join the network you have one and only one “parent”, which in this case is person B. Changing parents is not foreseen at the moment. – yes, we can do it. This can be done if Person A
get affiliate URL from Person B, once Person A buy starter kit, Person A will become affiliate and be under Person B. Or we have Choose Affiliate iframe where customers can search for active affiliates on your website

    – if nobody invited you, you could join. In this case you would be directly connected with the person on the highest level (there is only 1 person). yes, we can do it.By default all affiliates signed up on main website go under top/root #1 affiliate. You can manually reassign Upline
    – Person A needs to be able to see the network he built over time. I am thinking something simple, such as a list, which can be sorted by levels. yes, we can do it.We have “Downline” page where affiliate see their downlines
    – If you select a person from the network you built, you see certain information about that person (name, phone, mail…) yes, we have it. Affiliate can see Name, Last Name, email, phone, PV, GV, their teams, number of their downlines
    – if you select a person from the network you built, you see how this person is linked to you through each of the persons in between. yes, you can see it. Already answered on previous question
    – for each person in your network you have to see which percentage of her investment you receive (for example 15%) – our profile gives you summary of all data. this can be configure on Rank Payout Levels
    – There needs to be ranking – some people have built large network and could have title “Regional Director” or “National Director” etc. you can configure Ranks and Ranks Requirements in backoffice

    Hello Liz,

username for affiliates you can change in BackOffice. Once you login into BackOffice go to Admin Menu/Promotions/Affiliates/Search and click on affiliate’s edit/pencil button to edit affiliate. Under username field enter new username and Save.

Please for future faster response and help open ticket on our website. Thank you
