That’s interesting. I don’t have Jetpack installed although I used to. I’m wondering if I add it back and then disable that if it will fix the issue.

yes, I’m running current versions of everything. That’s where the process of elimination came in. Down to bare bones and still having the issue on 5 sites. Different hosts, different themes. SAME ISSUE

Ok, thank you so much. I’ll await his reply then and hope that it can be cleared up. This is the second theme that has caused serious issues and we’re just trying to get the site up and running.

They do offer support. I wrote them at the same time.
Are you referring to all the issues being caused by the theme?
Not sure why the gallery images would show up with the product image on the front page and on the shop page. I don’t want to be forced to not be able to show gallery images. One product depends on that and those images are in the variations and they are showing up under the product image.

That actually worked. I updated the theme thinking that might fix it and then when it didn’t work I went to permalink under settings and changed it from /default to /product and saved it.
It worked. thank you so much for responding so quickly.

I got that issue fixed. I found the code. I went to your documents on customizing the forms.

Basically what I need is for the form to not have a white background after typing into the text fields. they are black while you’re typing with white font and then turn white when you move onto the next field.

What can I do?

Same issue here. I actually didn’t realize the contact form was doing this till a customer complained. once they’ve typed in the field, the background turns white and the font is white as well so now you can’t look back unless you click back on the box and turn the background black again.
So I’d like to be able to make the background stay black once someone has added text.

I’m hoping they do. We are using that event calendar to promote our 21 day giveaway and I’m having to manually post the link to the calendar to all our social media accounts on a daily basis since it won’t work.
If this can’t be resolved we’ll look to another event calendar plugin to use. This is the only down-fall but it’s such a big one for us that we don’t have any other choice.
