I had a similar issue due to some php snip in my funtions php folder of my child theme over-writting …you should try and rename the folder to “1-functions.php” and see if the issue gets resolved if it does than you know the issue is there

I completed these updates yesterday , in my case there were no differences in the files with the exception of the version number … I changed the version to 7.0.1 and the report went away , you can look at the 2 files side by side and see if there is a difference and just do the same …I would recommend taking backups of the effected files

ok so i shut down all plugins re-did the updates and 1 by 1 turned on the plugins and everything looks good now ….

@ DeaJae i had the same issue with customizr and i figured it out
solution:dashboard , appearance-customize-global settings-links style and effects…simply un check “smooth scroll on click”
