If you got a ticket ID back from the support desk, but then never received a response from us, it sounds like there was a problem with the delivery of our e-mail to you.
E-mail me at my personal address [email protected] with your original request, or the ticket ID you got in the confirmation e-mail, and I’ll look into the problem and provide you with a solution.

Right now, we get XX requests per day at our support e-mail address, but just a couple a week on www.ads-software.com.
We for sure are going to include this in a future release.
It did not span several days. You reported the original problem on March 28th.
We responded to you in seven hours requesting the information we needed to duplicate and fix the problem.
You were not able to provide this, and requested a refund.
We issued a refund less than two hours after you requested it, on March 30th.
We wish we could solve the problem you are having but with no way to login to your site we couldn’t do it.

Thanks for the suggestion. We have limited resources but as soon as we can we will find a better way to provide support for our free version customers.
Our support desk actually works out great.
The problem is many users don’t see that until they’ve already come to the forums.
What we will probably do is add notifications inside the plugin (next to all error messages) that the proper channels for support can be found at https://www.wpallimport.com/support

Submit a ticket to [email protected]. If you don’t get a receipt e-mail back from our support desk, it means you either can’t receive e-mails from our support desk, or your e-mail did not go through to our support desk. If this is the case, you can e-mail me directly at [email protected].
I doubt we can help with with this error “([function.fopen]: failed to open stream: File too large in …)” – I would recommend contacting your web hosting provider.

You can still add a post to multiple parent categories.
Just add multiple categories. Enter one category name in each text box.
WP All Import can do that.
WP All Import isn’t for importing WordPress exports – it’s for importing XML in any format.
