hi, first of all, recently I checked your email and I replied also i don’t see any comments from you on codecanyon. only your ratings. you tried to change source code but you need developer skills to do that. all changes made to source code is at your own risk.

what you can do is to change the content included in the pot file. e.g. grab the chinese pot file and change the content of pot file and save changes. that’s what you can do. there are some words that are no included in pot files. I will add those missing words on next version update. regards

hi, i didn’t get you at all. well, but for better performance I recommend you to do the next:
– upgrade to latest version
– use firefox browser for backend
– use in a monitor with 1920×1080 px of resolution.

it looks like you have multisite option enabled and you want to make it work on your other blogs, right? if so, the plugin can not be network activated but you can activate the plugin per site. update to latest version and activate the plugin per site.

I think you had a mistake. the common mistake is to not read the html documentation. the in html documentation comes the instruction for installing. the free version doesn’t have html documentation but the install is directly from wordpress repository. the premium version have a specific zip file to upload. i think you uploaded the wrong file. all of these because you didn’t read the html documentation.

hi, it looks like you made a mistake. maybe this happened:
– if you bought the pro version, you upload the download zip file. this is mistake because you have to unzip and find another zip file. also you will find a html documentation.

– In html documentation , two ways of installing is given. one is via admin panel, and other is via ftp. some hostings don’t allow via admin panel because the plugin is big file and you need to install via ftp. upload the files to your hosting directly and activate via admin panel.

– if you have bouth, you can send a ticket support and I will support you as soon as possible.

yes, it is the same. I changed the name “rocket forms” to “Uiform”. just download the uiform wordpress plugin and make a fresh install. then create your forms again. there is no possible to restore forms from old version “rocket form” to uiform. let me know if you have any doubt.
