I think I found the cause. (at least on y environment) after upgrading the plugin from 1.0.9 or 1.0.10 the value of “Enable for Shop page” is set to off. :-/
Thanks to Astra support team the issue resolved. However, I cant clearly understand what cause the issue.
regardless, im closing the issue as resolve
Thanks again
Hi @aamiribsf ,
Thank you for your response.
After further investigation, I’ve found that version 1.0.8 works correctly, while all subsequent versions (1.0.9, 1.0.10) have failed.
I noticed that it runs smoothly in your environment, and I’m puzzled as to why something that I can consistently reproduce in mine works without any issues on your end. I have cleared both my cache and the Astra cache.
I will continue to investigate and will provide an update soon.
Thanks again for your assistance.
Hi @shameemreza,
apologies for reopening this again. it seems like i cant find my store on woo.com. when I log in it asks me to link my store.
can it be that I have another account or is it possible I never linked my store?
is there away to find the correct linked email address on the woo settings?
thx,
dan

Hi @afzalpansuvi,
Thank you for getting back to me.
the issue is generic to any product and its inconsistent. some orders are failing and few minutes after I receive a message they passed.
the notes are as follow: “Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.” follow with “Order status changed from Failed to Processing.“
my concern this is cause by some plugin or the theme.
(can you kindly verify. the provided link shows – Page not found)
thank you
Dan

In reply to: [WooCommerce] error retrieving settings. [payment settings]Hi @omarfpg
Im Happy to confirm that changing the theme solve the issue and the setting are visible and configurable.
I assume I should point this to the Theme creators
Thank you for your help and guideline

Refreshing the Permalinks didnt do the trick :-/
If I understand correctly from the error log the cause is the theme.
Correct?
I will modify the Theme and report back

In reply to: What’s the best practice for creating a Variable ProductHi @laurent4671,
Thank you for investing the time to detail each solution and analyze their advantages and disadvantages. I realized I neglected to clarify option B in my initial message. My intention was to reduce the number of entries in the database and simplify the process of adding new products.
Scenario 1 – I have three attributes per product (Style: 3, Size: 6, Color: 2). I can automatically generate variations for all combinations, resulting in 3 x 6 x 2 = 36 variations. [style and size can impact price]
Scenario 2 – I’ll generate nine variations with the following structure.
Style: A – Color: any – Size: XXXL
Style: A – Color: any – Size: XXL
Style: A – Color: any – Size: any
Style: B – Color: any – Size: XXXL
Style: B – Color: any – Size: XXL
Style: B – Color: any – Size: any
Style: C – Color: any – Size: XXXL
Style: C – Color: any – Size: XXL
Style: C – Color: any – Size: anyin both scenario. the customer will see the same layout for pricing.
one of the things that confuses me about scenario 2 is that the order has an impact on the displayed price. if “Size: Any” is on the top. Woo will ignore the price for XXL and XXXL and show the same price for all Sizes. hence the order is critical. I hope this makes sense.
I need to explore more into scenario C. to make sure I understand it correctly
Again, thank you so much for taking the time to break it all down

In reply to: [WooCommerce] error retrieving settings. [payment settings]Hi @shameemreza,
Thank you for your response regarding the issue and for your assistance.
I carefully followed all the instructions provided in your guideline.
Regarding the permalink setting, it is already configured to “Post Name,” so I haven’t made any changes there. Unfortunately, the issue persists despite this.
Here is the link to the information you requested. Hopefully, this additional information will help pinpoint the issue more accurately.
Thanks again for your support.
