Buongiorno,

l’errore è probabilmente legato ad una stringa di traduzione che usa gli apici. Stiamo rilasciando una release che dovrebbe correggere l’errore.
Intanto controlli che dentro la cartella wp-content/languages/plugins non ci siano i file wp-smart-crm-invoices-free-it_IT.po e wp-smart-crm-invoices-free-it_IT.mo.
Se ci fossero dovrebbe cancellarli, perché vanno a sovrascrivere quelli dentro il plugin.

Ci faccia sapere se il problema è risolto o se persiste.

Ciao Andrea,

abbiamo pronta una release che rilasceremo domani o dopodomani. Ti permetterà di modificare il numero progressivo anche nei preventivi, oltre che nelle fatture.
In questo modo potrai modificare il preventivo fatto mettendo 1 e da lì in poi tutto dovrebbe filare liscio ??
Questa versione è compatibile con l’ultima versione di WP.

Se non riesci più a generare la stampa del pdf mentre prima riuscivi, due possibili cause che abbiamo rilevato sono il logo e la firma, se quest’ultima contiene un’immagine: infatti le immagini devono essere caricate nella tua installazione e non essere prese da un url esterno.
Se questo è il tuo caso prova a correggere il problema.
Un altro problema potrebbe derivare dai campi “testo prima e dopo” nelle impostazioni dei documenti: se hai fatto copia e incolla da un editor come Word, potrebbero esserci finiti dei caratteri html che non vanno bene.
Prova a controllare queste cose, se il problema continua mandaci una mail a info[at]softrade.it con credenziali temporanee, e cercheremo di aiutarti ??

Hi, the CRM client role is not used like that. Actually that role will be used in future for other purposes.

When you create a subscription rule and choose to send a notification to customer, this is done automatically depending on where you are.

Some examples: if you create a todo/appointment the notification can be sent to users and to the customer. While you have to choose the user(s) you don’t have to select the customer, as it’s the customer you are creating the todo/appointment for.
When you create the invoice and tick the notify box, you can send a payment notification only to users, not to the customer.
On the other hand, if you add rows to the document and choose a rule you previously created, and in that rule you had chosen to notify to the customer, an email will be sent to him with the message “expiring service”. This is useful if you sell services (such as hosting or other subscriptions)

You should export the database tables of the plugin to the new installation. To do that, you should access to your database (via phpmyadmin, for example)
The first step is to make a dump of all tables starting with [db_prefix]_smartcrm and export it into the new installation.
Then you should export the users, the “[db_prefix]_users” records you used in the plugin. Our tables refer to user ID, so the IDs must match.
The users used are those with role Administrator and CRM Agent.
If you already exported the users table to the new installation you should be ok.
Lastly, you should export some options from the table [db_prefix]_options, but it could be a bit tricky and I think it’s not necessary, as you will be asked for some settings (company settings, documents settings…), not much job.

This should be enough. Please let us know if you have problems with this procedure ??
