In reply to: Let’s Encrypt Certificate not autorenewing and manual renewal errorIt was an issue with one of the domains that I had checked to re-install was not pointing back to the host’s name servers.
As you were!

Thanks so much @fierevere
I actually got the login screen to show up by blocking all cookies in Chrome. Then I allowed them to actually log in.
Chrome often has this issue where it will not allow me to change my login ID, but that is another story and blocking cookies fixes it!
I will definitely follow up with Link Whisper to find out what in the heck happened to my tables.
Thanks again for your help.
Kindly,

??Ah right @njones35
Thanks!Thanks, @njones35 Nathanael,
I will give that a try tomorrow.
I just have one question – when you say to ‘add each item back in, one at a time’ what are the items you are referring to?
Thanks so much for your help!
SarahHi @beluserra
I think I might have found the solution.
In the plugin settings there is an option to ‘force shipping address’ – when I turned that to ‘no’ the checkbox appeared.
Does that sound right to you?
Regards,
SarahHi @beluserra
I have gone through your list again:
– selecting a physical product
– shipping zone set
– try to deactivate other woocommerce plugins – no conflicts found
– using theme Shoptimizer – the issue doesn’t resolve when I switch to Storefront.I know this is frustrating for both of us, but I really want to get this to work on our website.
What else can you suggest?
Thanks,
SarahHi @beluserra
Thank you for your work.
I have tested with 5.2.9 but the problem persists.
Using the Health Check plugin I have tested conflicts with other plugins. However, the issue still arises with only the Woocommerce and the Checkout Manager plugin activated.
Could you please let me know if you are still working on this?
Thanks!
SarahHi @beluserra
Thank you for your reply.
I can confirm that we are using the latest version of the plugin.I have tried deactivating all the plugins except for Woocommerce, (the checkbox appears) but as soon as I activate the Checkout manager plugin the checkbox disappears.
I have switched to the Storefront theme and got the same result.
I have disabled custom scripts, but the same thing happens.
Could you please advise what to do next?
Thanks,
SarahHi @beluserra
Have you had a chance to look at this again?
I have checked my settings and a zone is defined, https://snipboard.io/4R2UMc.jpg
https://snipboard.io/QJ5cxb.jpgHowever, I am still not getting the option to ship to a different address.
I really can’t tell what the problem is.
Thanks!

Sarahhi there @beluserra
Thanks for the update!
I updated the plugin but am still getting the same result.
If I activate the plugin it is removing the ‘ship to different address’ checkbox from the Woocommerce checkout page. Thanks for your help!
SarahHi @kellymetal
Thanks a lot for your help. It is greatly appreciated.
It turns out that the conflict was with the Woocommerce Checkout Manager plugin. I have deactivated that and the checkbox is back.
Hopefully the developers will fix this in an update.
Thanks so much again for your help!
