Hi @laceyrod ,
Thanks so much for your reply.
Here is a screenshot of the shipping options settings in Woocommerce: https://snipboard.io/1WIqFn.jpg
I also tried to Preview Storefront, but the checkbox did not appear even then.
Here is the css in our child theme:
body ul.products li.product img{ height:300px !important; width:100%; object-fit: contain; } .mc4wp-form input[type=submit] { margin-top: 25px; } .social { display: inline !important; } .woocommerce-store-notice { background-color: #99cc33; } body .gallery-item img { margin: -10px; } .call-back-feature a { display: none !important; } .woocommerce-info, .woocommerce-noreviews, p.no-comments { background-color: #ff9900 !important; } .elementor-editor-active .elementor.elementor-edit-mode .elementor-editor-column-settings { bottom:auto !important; } .entry-content:not(.wc-tab) p.woocommerce-thankyou-order-received { background: #663366 !important; } .woocommerce-message { background-color: #663366 !important; } .woocommerce-message .message-inner { background-color: #663366 !important; } .wc-giftwrap .giftwrap_header_wrapper { font-size: 160%; font-weight: 700; font-family: 'Schoolbell' } #cart_giftwrap_submit { padding-right: 20px; padding-left: 20px; } @media only screen and (min-device-width : 320px) and (max-device-width : 480px) { .woocommerce ul.products li.product, .woocommerce-page ul.products li.product {width: 96% !important;} }
And:
/* Theme Name: Shoptimizer Child Theme Theme URI: Description: Child theme of Shoptimizer Author: CommerceGurus Author URI: Template: shoptimizer Version: 1.1.0 */ /* change the opacity of the category tiles below slider */ .image-feature a:before { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.15); } .grecaptcha-badge{display:none;}
The only css changes that I made recently was to try and get the colours of the notification bars in Woocommerce to be coherent with the colours of our brand, rather than blue/green, etc.
Any other ideas?
Thanks again in advance for your help!

I think that asking the host is the best plan too.
I haven’t ever run into this problem before, but it is certainly due to a different hosting set up.

In reply to: Need to remove call to plugin from javascriptThanks, @bcworkz
I got some help from this externally.
I think that is why you don’t see any 404 responses.

In reply to: staging site 404 error and security warningThank you!
I think your logic is sound, and I haven’t uploaded the files to a subdirectory within the subdomain.
I really appreciate your help @jnashhawkins and yes, I have written to the web host for advice.
Cheers for now,

In reply to: security warnings and 404 pages on staging siteHi @bcworkz
Thank you for your reply.
I tried to move the folder to the public root folder, but it did not work, I still get the same page.
I don’t want to develop locally because I need my collaborators to see my work.
Perhaps I haven’t understood how to set the subdomain to point to the root folder. I thought I did this, but it is still not working.
Thanks in advance if you have any further suggestions.

In reply to: staging site 404 error and security warningThanks so much for your reply. I appreciate it!
I have searched high and low in the development91 directory and can’t find an index.html file.
Also when I try to load https://development91.businesssuccesspartnersaustralia.com.au/wp-admin I get a 404 page.
Could you possibly help to work out whether this is Apache or WordPress? I don’t know how to do this.
Thanks in advance for your help.
SarahThanks for your help @fresatomica ??
You were right of course, there was a plugin conflict. And the conflict seems to with the Healthcheck plugin itself!
So, I have deactivated this and I will wait for an update from both plugins to see if that fixes things.
Thanks again for your help!

In reply to: max_user_connections set to 30Thanks t-p,
Maybe that thread says that I need to complain to my hosting provider? And that they set the max-user-connections?
I don’t understand the rest of those posts, unfortunately!
Thanks ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] ‘Ship to different address’ not showing on mobileThanks so much for your help, Three Sons!
I think it might be my local pickup plugin that is causing the conflict.
There is also a great plugin that lets you test which plugin/theme is causing the problem on a website behind the scenes without changing anything on the live site. It is called: Health Check and Troubleshooting. I think it is made by WordPress.com
I hope you have a nice day. Thanks again ??
