In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Payment option page ui issueHi there,
I tested the issue in our test environment, but I couldn’t replicate it. The UI appears to be functioning correctly, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/fVHiRv
This suggests that the problem could be due to a compatibility issue with your current theme or a conflict with one of your plugins.
Could you please try the following steps to troubleshoot?
- Change the theme to Storefront: This will help determine if the issue is related to your theme.
- Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Braintree for WooCommerce: If changing the theme doesn’t resolve the issue, try disabling all other plugins to see if the problem persists.
Let me know if these steps help or if you need further assistance.

Can you share more details on how you are trying to list products? Are you using REST API or just trying to add one from WP-Admin?

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] XML feed get_last_batch_id()Hi @linnnnn!
?Could not get feed info.?? ? ??Last activity: 59 mins ago – Automattic\WooCommerce\Pinterest\FeedGenerator::get_last_batch_id(): Return value must be of type int, null returned
Where exactly are you seeing the error? Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Also, this issue may be caused by a conflict with another plugin or an error in the plugin’s code. Here are a few things you can try:
- Deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
- Update the plugin to the latest version, if not done already.
- Check for any conflicts with other plugins by temporarily deactivating them.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Pinterest “save” icon hidden behind productTry changing the theme to Storefront and see if that solved the issue. If it does, this will mean that the issue is coming from the theme you are using. In that case, I recommend reaching out to your theme’s developer for further assistance.
Hi Again,
Thanks for confirming which multilingual plugin you are using.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot so we can see what you are currently seeing?
Hi @nath10,
It sounds like your sending has been paused. If you are using SMTP as your sending method please refer to this doc: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/300-why-sending-is-paused-when-using-smtp
Hi @labsuri,
Are you using a multilingual plugin for this setup? If yes, please make sure you are using a multilingual plugin that is compatible with MailPoet: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/203-support-for-multilingual-plugins

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Offload Image Don’t Work on Pinterest CatalogHI there,
If I understood correctly, you are looking to get this plugin to work with images that are not hosted on your own domain. I recommend requesting this feature as a feature request here.
Thanks!
Hi there,
It’s odd that it worked as expected on your local environment but not on the live site. It is possible that some thing on your live site could be contributing to this. Have you tried disabling all other plugins (if you have any) on your site can check? If not, could you please try that and see how that goes?
Hi there,
It sounds like you are using a custom page and added the required [mailpoet_page] shortcode to the page using the Divi theme builder. However, it’s not rendering as expected. Did you follow the steps mentioned in the documentation here?
Sometimes, the theme doesn’t call the_content() and our shortcode is not called. This could be an issue with the theme. In this case, you will need to work with the theme support.
It can also be related to WP Engine cache issue. Is you site using Wp Engine cache?
Hello,
Could you please confirm if it was working correctly on the previous version? Also, could you please take screenshots of your current configuration and share them here? We will try to reproduce the scenario on our test sites.
Thanks!
