You should look at the theme, which is incorrectly configured. In particular, the page width is incorrect.

Les mises à jour de plugins et de thèmes par WordPress consistent effectivement en une suppression de la version installée dans le dossier wp-content/plugins (ou /themes) et l’installation de la nouvelle version.
Il n’existe pas de child-plugin. Il n’est donc pas possible de conserver une partie du plugin Rencontre lors de la mise à jour.
Dites-moi quels sont les parties de rencontre_widget qui vous posent problème, je pourrais éventuellement les basculer en template.

In Dashboard, Rencontre > Custom : Check Allow multi choice in relation and sex

If you are logged in, you have access to the profiles of members who have a title and an attention-catcher. They must also match the genre you’re looking for. Generally, if you’re a woman looking for a man, you won’t see other women.
Depending on your back-office settings, these rules may be more restrictive.
