Thanks for the follow up. Strange thing is that the user is now able to login… Without me having made any changes.
When he was not able to login, he tried half a day / one day later. Which should be enough time for a reset.

I don;t think any more help is needed for this issue. But to get back at your points:

Points 1 and 4 are a bit to technical for me ??
Point2, what do you mean by “Dashboard”. Do you mean a card?
Point3, Do you mean “Local Brute Force Protection”? (this does not show activity history)

Hi There, we’re also experiencing a lot of spam in our inbox.
We’ve enabled the Honeypot, and the (should be, bot proof) challenge question.
Would it be an option to have a couple of security questions, and serve them randomly? This could seriously reduce the amount of spam.
