Hi Ervin,
We appreciate the report. Could you please let us know what was the user role, and the page or actions done to trigger the error?
Thanks
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @rmniemela!
We’ve submitted a report re: this PHP warning to our dev team. They should be able to fix this and release an update to resolve the issue soon.
Be on the lookout for an update to the plugin.
Thanks for writing in to us, @lonniehb!
Given that the carousel addon is a premium feature, I’ll ask that you submit a ticket to us via our official support channel for premium users:
https://soliloquywp.com/members-area/support/We’ll look out for you there, and will be able to assist you further.
I wanted to follow up here to let you know we received your ticket in our official support channel, and have replied to you there. Let’s continue the conversation on that end given your premium license.
Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out to us, @morenaf.
I checked our spam inbox, and, unfortunately, was unable to locate your message. There’s nothing but legitimate spam in there currently.
The Soliloquy code on your site indicates this is the premium version, not the free version as found on www.ads-software.com. Is that right? If so, would you mind reaching out to us via the support form here?
