Im having problems with woocommerce as well, if I enable the option for woocommerce, the plugin adds a new product image and the 3D model , full width at the top of the post, rather than adding/injecting it into the product image window – I’m using Divi theme, which might be a reason for this error.

Yes, I am aware of the attribute mapping facility, however, the list of available options is quite limited and doesn’t include the option for the “Virtual Model Link” . There are lots of other missing values that would be very handy to be able to map as well, including “Custom Labels” https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324473

Can you add in the mapping options for these and the other available api settings?

Using filters is almost ok, so long as you only need one attribute to be passed through to Merchant Centre, if you have complex items with multiple attribute combinations such as – size/colour/ etc, only one of these can be passed through to the title as the plugin only allows “Size” to be populated with one item, and there is not option to pass through other attributes or custom labels at all – this is another big flaw

Also, if anyone is reading this, it appears you can set up custom filters in google merchant that allow modification of the title to include custom variables including “size” etc. Its a bit of a sad workaround, but appears to work.

This really should be a core functionality of the api stream addon.

Hi, I have just found this thread having discovered exactly the same problem . all of my variations have the same title as the main product which is obviously useless for google ads.

Can anyone clarify what the exact hack is to fix this please? I see a couple of options listed above, but its not clear what is the working solution, or where to put it. @webdesigner27, can you just confirm where you added/amended this code please? Thanks!

Also, this urgently has to be implemented into the main plugin as it’s a fundamental problem! Thanks!

I am having the same issue – what is really weird is that when I check the headers using https://isvarnishworking.uk/ , it returns completely different headers including ones that seem to be related to cloudflare, yet I do not have cloudflare setup anywhere on my site

I am now struggling to get the TAX to work with the shipping line – I can get the line totals tax to transfer and I can get the shipping total to transfer, I can get the shipping total including tax to transfer, but I cannot get the shipping tax to transfer – this means I cannot correctly account for tax as it seems there is no way to have a correct tax total charged including items and shipping

Ah, OK, just realised there is a map point for state coude and state – just deleted the state code entry – all good now!

I think it is mapped correctly, but it appears that ZOHO books rejects any county/state that is longer than 5 characters – I had exactly this problem with wave accounting and wave connect – I had to delete that entry to get any api communication to work – this doesn’t seem like a good option or fix

It is mapped as

Type: Standard Field
select Field: Shipping State / County

Ah, There was only an option for “Contacts” in the ZOHO object – I refreshed it and now it shows me an option for invoices etc – I assume this is what makes the difference?
