You are most Welcome,Well before i never had WP SUPER CACHE installed and it wasn’t working to export spreadsheet excel, now i added WP CACHE yesterday but deactivated just now do give a try on you’re previous given step and still doesn’t work.
I remember last night, when i had no more theme active and only with the new working re-installed plugin Activated, (i mean the only thing that active on White Website, was just the plugin) and everything was working, but i wasn’t able to export to excel.

Hi my friend once again, 3 Hours Later…This time you can sleep better, as i have resolved the issue here by my self ??
But still can’t export orders to Excel, i don’t know why…I am explaining on how i resolved this issue. I’ve being going into so many direction with this issue, and said to my self that i should just go to my FTP and had a (dash “-“) next to the folder of (-)order-tracking which this disable it, and then i went to the WordPress had new plugin to re-install it, but it came up with an error saying that this folder already exist, but woe cares, after that i went to the plugin list, and activated the new install, as i had 2 times now the same plugin, but i figured that it was the first one on the top that was the newest install.
I activated the new install of the plugin, the other one was still deactivated as it as a dash in my ftp… then i dint need to had my License key… so i went to the plugin and found out that all my orders and settings where there, so i jumped to status and saw the default status, no more problems, the old status wasn’t there any more, and also found out that i kept all my configuration, CSS, HTML etc… so i went back to my FTP and deleted the old (dash)-order-tracking Folder and everything was fine…
Now i tested to see if i was able to track an order of one of my client, but didn’t work, so i remade my new status, and figure out that i had to refresh all my orders with there appropriate order status, then i retested to see and was able to track the order details, and yes it was.
I tested my self as a client and received email of my tracking status…
So basically yes i was afraid losing Data, but with time + Back-up and lot’s of hours of effort came to this happy result…
so my 45 client received and email update on they’re new order “status” which deleted the previous info order status, a least i still have all there information which took me less time to resolve it instead of doing this manually importing-exporting data.
I hope it may helps others ??
*But i also have an other questions, i found that we can’t export customers, it would be great to have this option, but we can export order, but the order doesn’t work for exportation. why !?…
Maybe the phpMyAdmin, also helped…not sure…

P.S. By the way i have installed you’re demo plugin “Customer Reviews” and “Front-End Only Users”, i was just wondering if Santa-Claus was somewhere around ??

I went to wpaw_EWD_OTP_Order_Statuses table in phpMyAdmin, i deleted all status like you said, after i went back to the status page, and created a new status and was able to delete the new status i made, but it didn’t work for the 2 others that say ////waiting payment//// I was able to delete the default status that came on the first install of the plugin, order received 25% etc…
I also deactivated all plugging and also the theme when troubleshooting.

when i was going around, i saw this link when i left my mouse over the delete bouton, it gave me this link in my footer in chrome when you preview a link: (any ideas?!)I have search a few file on the plugin folder over ftp… couldn’t find any thing that cached my eye…
And a a last result, i tried to export all my orders to a spreadsheet excel and dint work, it gave me this error: (any ideas?!)

Thanks for taking you’re time for testing… I deactivated all other plugging and left only you’re plugin active and i still couldn’t delete the status ! it took me a while to answer you because my web site is active, with many visit, and as a lot of client activities !!
So i have a question, since i have so many orders tracking and client profile, can i export all of it in excel and then re-import into the plugin after re-install ?

Plus it is doing by it self adding one or two more slash every-time the page refresh with a new status -> \\\\\\\\\\\\\ ///

It worked before, i will check plugin, but i am not sure the other plugins are causing the effect. I am on the same theme since it worked before.
