    Hello @mbg ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you please try enabling this option of the Flatsome theme: https://a.cl.ly/d5u1kLgg and let me know if it helps?

    Hi there @zzbeck,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    In the latest version of Gift Cards we moved the Gift Card input field on the checkout page. We received similar reports that this caused the coupon-input extension to no longer hide that field successfully. Other than that, the mini extension works as expected.

    We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix that will be included in the next Gift Cards Coupon Input version.

    In the meantime, if you’d like a temporary solution for this, please open a support ticket for Gift Cards via your WooCommerce.com dashboard and we’ll be happy to help with some snippets!

    Does this help?

    Cheers,

    Hi there @darkallman ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    When we started developing Variation Bundles, we thought to automatically fill in the stock of the Variation based on the stock of the associated Bundle. However, this turned out to be a very technically demanding task so we dropped it for v1. Currently, around 100 users use this free mini-extension — if it becomes more popular we will definitely consider adding more features!

    In the meantime, it is necessary to ensure that both the Product Bundle and the individual Variation that is linked to it have the same stock status.

    Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hello there @avagp ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We don’t maintain an integration with Composite Products from WPC on our side. Product Dependencies currently supports Simple/Variable Products, Booking Products and Product Bundles/Composite Products created with our own Product Bundles and Composite Products extensions.

    Would you perhaps consider trying our Composite Products extension instead?

    Hi there @sdowney2002,

    Thanks for your question — and for appreciating our plugin!

    You are correct. The price of each Variation that is linked to a Product Bundle should be equal to the price of that Bundle. It is necessary to manually update the variation price each time the price of the Bundle changes, because as Jason mentioned in his reply here this isn’t yet done automatically.

    If you’d like more details about this, on the Variable Product page customers will see the Variation prices, but after selecting one of the Variations and clicking the Add to cart button the corresponding Bundle will be added to the cart. So, the price of the Bundle will show up there. This is why it is necessary to ensure that the two prices are equal.

    Hello @traceydrain ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Currently, we do not have any integration code with the WooCommerce Importer/Exporter tool that would create a column with the dependant product/category IDs in the exported CSV file.

    I can see that this has been requested once in the past, so there is an open issue about this in our GitHub repository: https://github.com/somewherewarm/woocommerce-product-dependencies/issues/37. Please keep in mind that we do not have any plans for adding new features to this plugin at the moment so I can’t share an ETA for this.

    In case this is urgent for you it might be a good idea to consider implementing a custom coded solution. To help you with this, we recommend hiring a Developer. Our top suggestion is https://codeable.io/.

    Hi there @basasantana

    Thanks for reaching out!

    At the moment, Product Dependencies does not support this case. More specifically it is not possible to configure this plugin in a way that ensures that customers will be allowed to purchase up to X units of Product A if they have also purchased X units of Product B.

    To achieve the result you have in mind it is necessary to write a fair amount of custom code. If you’d like further assistance with this, it might be a good idea to hire a WooCommerce Expert to help. Our top recommendation for WordPress/WooCommerce customizations is https://codeable.io/.

    Hello there Henrik,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    From the details you shared, I understand that your question is related with the layout of your Composite Product and not with the Conditional Images mini-extension. Is this correct?

    If so, then can you please open a ticket for Composite Products via your WooCommerce.com account dashboard at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/marketplace-ticket-form/ and share with us a link to the product you are currently working on?

    Alternatively, some screenshots of what you currently see with annotations about what you’d like to change and how would also be helpful — this way, we’ll be able to better understand the desired result and provide the best suggestions for it!

    Looking forward to helping you with this!

    Hi @malayavisenka,

    Happy to hear that you found our plugin awesome ??

    Currently, the Bulk Discounts mini-extension allows you to set up quantity-based discounts for bundled items using percentage amounts. However, I can definitely understand that using fixed discounts might be very useful for store owners.

    I have taken note of your request and will discuss it further with the rest of the team. We usually prioritize new work based on effort vs impact. Since we have received only a couple of similar requests in the past, I have the impression that it would be difficult to prioritize this soon. However, we will definitely continue to track demand for it through our support channels.

    Hey @pixelhappystudio,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Apologies for taking us so long to get back to you on this! I see that we have replied to threads that were opened after this one, so it is highly possible that this thread fell through the cracks — so sorry about this!

    If you set up an Ownership dependency for a product, then customers must buy at least one of the dependent products in order to purchase the currently viewed product.

    If you’d like to prevent customers from buying the currently viewed product unless they have purchased all of the dependant products, then you can use the following snippet:

    add_filter( 'wc_pd_dependency_relationship', 'sw_pd_force_and_relationship', 10, 2 );

    function sw_pd_force_and_relationship( $relationship, $product ) {

    	if ( in_array( $product->get_id(), array( 123, 456, ) ) ) {
    		$relationship = 'and';
    	}
    	return $relationship;
    }

    To apply this snippet to specific products, please replace 123 and 456 with the IDs of the products to which you’d like to apply this snippet.

    If you are not certain how to use snippets like this, I’d suggest having a look at this plugin — you may find it quite useful as it allows you to manage all your snippets in one place.

    Let me know if this helps!

    Hey all,

    The error indicates that the Emogrifier library could not find a HEAD element in your e-mail. This library is used by WooCommerce to inline CSS styles in e-mails, which ensures e-mails can be displayed correctly in different e-mail clients.

    Perhaps a plugin is loading its own (older?) version of Emogrifier?

    The reason this issue is “triggered” by Product Bundles and Composite Products probably has something to do with how Emogrifier tries to append CSS in the HEAD element, when a CSS selector can’t be recognized by Emogrifier. I can see that Emogrifier versions older than 3.0 did not recognize one of the child selectors used by PB/CP.

    @adscouk could you perhaps double check if the issue persists on a staging/test site

    – with all plugins disabled (except WooCommerce and Product Bundles or Composite Products) and
    – after switching your theme to a default WordPress or Storefront?

    Thanks!

    Hey Estal,

    I’d love to understand more – could you please provide more details about what makes your translation unnatural?

    There are great resources on WordPress localization; however, coding best practices are ofter counter to localization best practices. I understand that, in our case, “who have previously purchased” might have a singular + plural form in some languages, but I might be missing something else here.

    Writing code that is optimized for localization in every language is not an easy task, and feedback like yours can make a difference in helping developers build products for a wider audience.

    Hey Estal,

    Could you perhaps provide an example of a phrase that cannot be translated? Here’s one I’m looking at:

    Access to "%1$s" is restricted to customers who have previously purchased %2$s.

    Then, the variables are replaced with the product name, or strings like:

    one or more products from the %s categories

    a product from the %s category

    What prevents you from translating these fragmented sentences?

    We haven’t done much research in internationalization, so I understand there might be certain aspects of it that we failed to take into account when the plugin was written.

    Thanks for your input!

    Cheers,
    Manos

    Hey @czajna

    This is Manos from SomewhereWarm — I’ve been following your conversation with the rest of the team, so I thought I’d chime in to add a few details.

    Most plugins that concatenate CSS/scripts basically try to combine all separate script/style files enqueued on each page load in a single file. This works well most of the time — in practice there are often issues when scripts are enqueued late during the course of a request. To put it simply, there are limitations in how accurately a plugin can combine script/style files with the correct order.

    Usually there is no easy fix for this — in your case one possible course of action would be to disable this “optimization” on those pages where you are experiencing issues. I’m not sure if this is possible with Clearfy, but perhaps the team here can shed some light on how you could proceed with a workaround like this.

    Cheers,
