I have requested refunding in your supporting help on your website and also email to your supporting. Yesterday I replied to you directly requesting for refund.

You have done the best of yours to solve this problem and I have tried to do as your suggestion but could not solve this problem. So I request refunding.

    Please check my account from:
    Invoice Number # 186483
    Start Date 2021-03-19
    End Date 2022-03-18
    Duration 1 year(s)

I have also requested refunding to Sarang and [email protected] on 2021-03-25. Following is your last reply to me:

Thank you for your patience here.

We ran tests & can confirm that all our requests are being sent from 116.202.xxx.xxx and this IP is being blocked on the site. It’s giving a 403 Forbidden error from within the site and not from the server.?
    ?
We were able to run sync at the Start and not later because our requests were blocked after we sent out a few requests to the site. One of the other services on your website is blocking the IP after a day of requests and that’s why the site is unreachable from our end after being reachable for the first day or two.

This is not an error on our end as we are sending requests as we normally do but due to restrictions on your website’s end, our requests cannot be reached. You would need to check what service on your end is blocking our requests from this IP and if you would require, we can send you detailed logs of when the requests were made as well.

    Hi Jeff,

I installed BBQ pro 2 days ago, it still blocks ahrefs. Please recommend.
