To answer your questions, brokeandsavvy and cheninguevara, I used a plugin called Font to change fonts everywhere in the site.
When you activate it, a “Font settings” button will appear on top of your page (right end of the admin menu) when you visualize your website logged in as an administrator. Then you can change fonts and sizes without having to play with code.
