Im also wondering how to get a different security answer generated for each order, as some customers banks are giving an error to use a unique security answer.

seems to only happen when both of these are on at the same time.

I can have minify or combine on and the Woocommerce cart will refresh if I change address, but if both of these are enabled, when you update address, it doesn’t refresh the shipping options.
