My problem was actually kind of silly… In WPTouch settings, there is a part that says “Home Page Redirection” or something like that. For some reason, I changed the settings to redirect it to the desktop homepage, causing an infinite loop. I don’t know why or when I did that. Perhaps because I thought the default setting was doing the opposite of what it was doing, I don’t know. It was just a matter of setting that option to “WordPress Settings” and voila, fixed!

It makes sense, but my website is in a subfolder because it’s a new unpublished version of the one in the root folder and it is intended to be there in the future, once it’s ready to be published. It’s just too soon (not finished) to publish it yet, and either way I can’t publish it without being sure what’s causing this problem… And to make sure I need someone to clear it out for me before I either purchase the Pro version, or publish the site…

I have one quick question and this post was the most related one I could find.
I have the exact same problem as Brian, but I don’t have W3 Total Cache installed.
However, since my website is still under construction, I kept it in a subfolder (example.com/subfolder/) and I thought that may be causing the problem, because whenever I try to reach any other page that isn’t the home page, I can see it. Could it be?

Hello! I tried the plugin and it looks great, but I need the PageNavi to work… I haven’t tested out the above code yet, does it work well? Is the next update coming up anytime soon? If I use the code above before updating the plugin, will I get two paginations whenever the update comes out?

I just wanted to say that the link to the testing site no longer works, just in case you were planning on checking it from this point on. I’m working around solutions myself, but still don’t get it right.

As a feature request, it would be AWESOME for the plugin to work with the WP-PageNavi plugin. In my humble opinion, I think that is the only think missing.

The exact code is [ic_add_posts paginate='yes' category='ejemplos-de-chapa'], being “ejemplos-de-chapa” the slug of a category I created and the one where the posts are assigned to.

I’m not entirely sure, because my WordPress is in Spanish. Under the “Permalinks” settings, I have selected the post name type of URL. Here is a link to my test page. That is where the “next” link is. Notice how the parent page “ejemplos” is not in the link.

Omg… Guess I didn’t look hard enough. Sorry for your trouble.

However, I noticed that the link of the “next” button is not ok. The page that the shortcode is in, is a level 2 page (I mean, for instance, “mydomain.com/level1/leve2”), but the link sends me to “mydomain.com/level2/?page=2”, skipping the parent page. If I manually add the parent page in the URL, then I can see the posts…
