fonefixer, I really appreciate your reply.

I deactivated the query validation for contact form 7 and submitted the form again. It still had the spinning arrows.

I appreciate the suggestion and welcome any and all other suggestions. Thanks.

Re: Inspecting the form which is having issues produces a reference error: assignment to undeclared variable donationtype. This error is in the “jquery validation for contact form 7” plugin you have installed.

This helps and perhaps there is another plugin that is not playing nicely with Contact form 7.

    Thanks very much.

    Takayuki, Thanks for your reply.
Is it possible you could take a moment to view the form and/or the panels within our form?

We would not be able to deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme because that would break other features on the site for our all volunteer non-profit organization.

Everything worked and we didn’t change anything and since this is an issue affecting many users, this would be very much appreciated.

I searched for hours over several days before starting a new thread/topic. I actually read many threads where numerous users stated that they “could not deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme”.

    Thank you.

Re: That is impossible here as well because that would “break” a great amount of other features on the site for our all volunteer non-profit organization.

Re: “This is most probably due to a conflict between plugins/theme. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.”
