this function is part of a plugin which is activated I think this is the way it shoud be called (or not?). I read the entire page referenced like 30 times and followed the example but perhaps I’m understanding nothing…

I have a problem. My plugin is activated and the plugin has the following function:
function menu_administrador(){
add_options_page(‘Wp citas’, ‘Citas’, 8, __FILE__);
}

so it’s supposed to create a submenu in the options page, but nothing happens. Could someone say what I’m doing wrong?

Do you really need a plugin???? or perhaps a php script?

I’m using the godaddy.com’s $3.95/mo. hosting package. I can say that the hosting works good for me BUT at the begining the database was very slow. It seems that it’s working properly now.
I have a wordpress blog a phpBB board a bbpress forum a 4images gallery and some other pages, all in the same database, all this without any problem.
You can check the speed of all these pages.

The forum works. I downloaded the lastet nightly this morning(you can see it at soteke.net/bbpress) and it’s working.
Have you done a correct intall??? You have to follow this steps:(from bbpress documentation)
1. Copy bb-config-sample.php to bb-config.php and fill in the necessary details.
2. Load bb-admin/upgrade-schema.php and let it create the tables and everything.
3. Register a user, then change the user_type to 1 in the database.
4. Add a forum to the bb_forums table using something like phpMyAdmin.
5. That’s it, obviously step 4 is a pain though.
