i think you dont understand. the issue got resolved as soon as your plugin gets deactivated. Its a bit tricky to understand because its only on google chrome android mobile browser and on actual android devices and you cant see it via inspect element also. Plus my google Andorid web browser app is fully updated. This issue persisted for 6 months and finally i took charge and now i know the culprit is your plugin. And btw why do you think that there is nothing wrong with your code? you seem to think that using JS to make equal column heights is a globally friendly way of coding for different themes. Basically say that your theme isnt compatible with woodmart. Simply say that you refuse to cooperate and understand that me and the woodmart team have been working on this issue for very long and ive sent you videos to prove that. Worst come to worst i will not use your plugin simply because equal column heights has not been coded properly for android chrome web browsers and it seems woodmart too in this case. But woodmart is a popular theme using elementor . Thanks but no thanks for the help. You refuse to understand anything it seems so i will not reactivate your plugin and infact im not even liking the support anymore.

your plugin is activated on my staging website i gave earlier where only logged in users can see it. This will help you understand the issue equal heights column is causing on actual android device google chrome mobile browsers.

Guys please be advised i have written several emails and contacted shiprocket integration team and all are clueless about what broke with the latest Jan 2023 update so please get it touch with me asap.

this plugin should be like the dreaded plugin of all because everytime they push an update there is now a 99% possibility of another blunder created by their dev team. It seems the coders hired to do this just not willing to upgrade the code quality and release updates without maintaining backward compatibility. Waiting for a follow up on this message because even all my sites are now no longer able to get live rates from shiprocket no matter what i try to do.

I would also like to know this so leaving a message here to get notified on updates and replies but it seems Shiprocket just doesn’t reply or provide any support actively for this plugin.

yeah i get it. But my question is that what if i use a footer navigation menu i.e add a divi menu module to a the section used as a mobile app footer ? then does it work with footers and stick to the bottom as well as hide/show on scrolll up/down ? Hopefully this is possible in the pro version?

I see your plugin works beautifully with divi as i just entered the custom menu class and it works perfectly and automatically even makes the menu container / section sticky on scroll.

But what im doing actually doesnt involve a menu . ITs just some class i added to a section with three columns and on each columns i added icons, then styled it to look like mobile app footer. But when i added the same class to your plugin settings sticky class then nothing happens . Why is that? i was thinking it would stick at top or bottom atleast but it doesn’t stick anywhere.

Please help.

actually i use the divi theme and i would like to know that instead of just the menu, can it just make any element , section, row, column sticky on scroll and then also enable the Show on scroll up/down?feature via which you can choose to show that page builder block only when scrolling up, or down or both. is this possible. I can go pro too if this feature is available in the pro version. Please advise.

you can clearly see the shortcode is not working

You say that shortcode can be placed only on any public facing page . yeah i get it and this means with no restriction and anyone can see it on front end. But i have entered this and tried this even on the gutenburg block editor using the code block or with my theme page builder using the code or text module but still this shortcode does not display anything. AM i missing something here or is it that you’re falling short of a decent explanation. Id the shortcode actually meant to show anything when added to any page. and what exactly do you mean by public facing as i ask this just to make sure were on the same page?

Hey me too having this similar issue. Formidable forms big or large are not able to be duplicated in any way. I can confirm this to be an issue since past over 3 months now. This also is certainly not an hosting issue.

even [bt_shipping_tracking_form] shortcode doesnt work. There is no public facing order tracking page created using this shortcode. This shortcode does not do anything.

I dont think these guys will reply. I actually have too many integration problems and they always have bugs. Somehow this is the only such service in India so im really stuck. I had one such question too but good luck if they ever pick up as they promise a call back but it never comes.
