I have enabled all coupon feature related checkboxes in woocommerce>settings>General

*Enable the use of coupon codes
*Calculate coupon discounts sequentially

both above are checked.

Also 5 coupons have been created with default woocommerce coupon and 1 with Smart Coupon plugin.

I read your plugins support ticket mentioning the same problem before as well but no definite answer was provided – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cannot-apply-coupon/

This is really a genuine problem.

I use the Divi theme. Rest all is well but the fact that customer cannot enter coupons during checkout really leaves me wondering. So i decided to send you pictures of the checkout page with the plugin active and without. Pic links are in the previous message.

Please do help as this is important to me.
