Not Sure if that is the one you want.

At the moment i can not reproduce the error.

Inside the database, table=actionscheduler_logs i saw maybe something “strange”. A Switch from Async Request to WP Cron? Maybe that makes the little difference?

i updated to the version 2.3.1 and with that version the problem does not appear at the moment. We made a test payment and that runs through.
But in the logs there is still a warning:
2023-09-27T07:46:25+00:00 WARNING No WC customer id was found from PayPal customer id MainShop
But it worked. The payment did not get canceled.
Is that the behavior you expected?

Hello Joost,
we disconnect the account and used the wizard to reconnect the plugin to PayPal.
After that we make a test order and the order failed.
In the logs it is the “same” failure

What can we do to look further into this error?

thanks for the reply. I can answer you questions ?? :
– Yes. I have the version 2.2.2 installed.
– I testet a order with a fresh e-Mail and still get the same error in logs.
With first: 2023-09-13T09:01:13+00:00 WARNING No WC customer id was found from PayPal customer id MainShop-1eb2a32eaeb46
And after that the error of not saved payment: 2023-09-13T09:04:29+00:00 WARNING Payment for subscription parent order #15050 was not saved at PayPal.
Could that be the same error you mentioned? (If you need more infos, i can send you)

For disconnect the shop, what should i be aware of?
– Should i: Remove PayPal Payments data from Database.
– Does it make a difference if i add the PayPal credentials by hand or should i use the wizard?
– is my old configuration saved? Can i export it easy?

yes. the 302 is shown in the stripe log.

i startet looking in apache log files to find the redirect, but was not able to find something.
