Thanks for your reply. You state that all fields should be “open” but I don’t know what you mean by that?

When it brings up that window it states “What is WooCommerce Integration allowed to do?” yes you’re right that Manage your business by default is toggled off by default but you don’t indicate whether that should be turned on or not and you say if that doesn’t help which gives the impression that it should be turned on but you don’t clarify that. What do you mean exactly? I tried without “Manage your Business by default” not being toggled and it came up with the same error message. I tried toggling it on and it brought up a message saying that I’ve now authenticated my website and it asks me if I want to redirect back to my website so I click on that, and the screen goes blank. When I go back to the Marketing/Facebook section, it asks me to connect to Facebook to enable and manage product sync and then it brings up a message saying “You’ve previously linked WooCommerce Integration to Facebook. Would you like to continue with your previous settings? so I’m basically going in circles!

Under “What is WooCommerce Integration allowed to do?” it does state that WooCommerce Integration might not work properly if you turn off these options. The default settings are toggled on for “Access your Facebook ads and related stats”, “Show a list of the Pages you manage” and “Read content posted on the Page”. The others are required anyway.

I downloaded the Cope Snippets plugin and copied and pasted the code you gave here and edited an example CSS snippet and because it stated insert your CSS code here, I also included the extra code it gave, above and below, so it now reads:

You also don’t state whether that plugin should have selected one of the following: e.g. “Run snippet everywhere”, or “only run in administration area”, or “only run on site front end” or “only run once”??

It would be so appreciated and save us both time, if you would give full instructions rather than some directions which are not complete especially as I’m not a coder and not that technical. Is that possible?

I tried with “run only once” and it brought up the same error message as before.

So I’m no further along with this. Surely the plugin can just be updated FIRST to avoid such a loss of time causing people to struggle with all these technical issues that haven’t already been debugged BEFORE giving the plugin to the public?

What can be done at this point to get it to work properly? Any ideas?

no unfortunately this isn’t resolved. Why would you close it out if I didn’t confirm that and then make me open another thread? That doesn’t make any sense?? Didn’t know you were actually on the support team. Thought you were just someone randomly wanting to help so I hesitated on sending you a reply. I’ve also been busy with other things.

My site is in GB￡. Facebook for Woocommerce just released an update so I was very hopeful that this would fix the issue. Not so. I’m still getting in my WordPress dashboard the message that I need to complete my configuration with that plugin and when I attempt to, I’m still getting the same error messages “Something went wrong…”

There are videos on YouTube showing under Woocoommerce/Settings/Integration that you can see Facebook integration added there, but all I see is MaxMind Geolocation?? Maybe that was an old version or the plugin or WordPress or Woocommerce or something?
