For others who have seen posts updated/changed might want to consider cleaning their installs, that means replacing wordpress files, except of course /wp-content. Carefully vett the wp-content items.
Change wordpress login passwords, cpanel passwords, ssh/FTP, all access points.
Do it carefully and understanding what you are doing to not break wordpress.

You can access phpMyAdmin in your xampp install, by default it is public, user is root with empty password unless you set it. There in your wp database, look for wp_users table, you can view your username but the corresponding password would be an MD5 salt, not in plain-text.
You can change password to MySQL server here https://localhost/security/

I use WP Super Cache with mobile support on, then it is jetpack to load mobile theme.
I don’t see the mobile theme on desktop now.
I don’t know what cleared the issue, or whether it was the cache.
