    Hi Steve,
thanks for the info. We didn’t quite fix it via deactivating the minify plugin. We added some custom css which resolved it for us. Thanks for your help and thanks for the plugin,
    cheers,
    Fiona

Version 0.7.1 of Shortcodes – updated 6 days ago by developers – does this fix this bug? I’ve read the details of the update but I’m not fluent enough in coding to understand it.

thank you – I’ve sent a message via the Contact Us page. No urgency on this issue and with holiday season upon us I appreciate you may not get to it immediately – just when you can, Thank you, Fiona.

This issue is now resolved for me. There is an incompatibility with the new version (version 0.7.0) of the plug in Shortcode UI. Other WooCommerce and plugin users have discovered the same – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/version-0-7-0-interferes-with-woocommerce-products/

This also happened to me and we traced it back to this plugin. Have de-activated version 0.7.0 and all ok now.

Description of problem sounds like above.

In the Product Data field where there is normally a drop down to choose:
    Simple Product
    and fields to choose
    Virtual/Downloadable
    Regular Price
    Sales Price
all disappeared – can’t see them at all.

Locked out of the Product Data section. Can’t navigate to Shipping or Variations or other options.

At the same time, it appears the Yoast SEO has also lost a number of fields.

    Hi,
This has just happened to me. Working all fine for the last few months. My client went in and added a new product 2 days ago and 2 days later when I’m checking her work I can see the price fields have gone. So it may be she clicked something or did something unusual that led to this as she is on her learning wheels.

In the Product Data field where there is normally a drop down to choose:
    Simple Product
    and fields to choose
    Virtual/Downloadable
    Regular Price
    Sales Price
all disappeared – can’t see them at all.

At the same time, it appears the Yoast SEO has also lost a number of fields, that’s not of high priority, but may assist to find the cause and solution to the problem.

I’m actually locked out of the Product Data section. I can’t navigate to Shipping or Variations or other options – click on them and it stays on the same area – stuck on Product URL and Button Text.

Can successfully upload an image, edit Header Options, choose product category – not locked out of these – so not everything is effected.

Products that were previously and successfully up on site have also lost these fields in edit mode, although they still look all ok on the live site. I did a test order on an old product on the live site and it appeared to go through quite successfully.

The new product that went up online has an image and description on the live site but instead of the “Add to Cart” button it has “Read More” and no price showing (as no price was able to be entered).

Thanks in advance for your help.

This is the new product that went up
    https://mclarenunvaled.com.au/product/palas-gold-jewellery-box/
where you can see there is no “Add to Basket” button as there are for other products.

I’ve got screen shots if that helps, but not sure if/how to attach them on this thread.

Joy oh Joy – today it worked. I don’t know if what I did 2 days ago (see above post) needed 24 or 48 hours to work or it was just dumb luck. but the image I uploaded to the Yoast SEO Social tab to override the image used on facebook is now the one working when I paste the URL of my homepage on facebook. Hurrah!

    (@southaussienomad)

I uploaded an image for my homepage in the Yoast SEO Social tab where it says “If you want to override the image used on Facebook for this post, upload/choose an image or add the URL here. The recommended image size for Facebook is 1200 x 628px.” I did this several days ago and have been testing it off and on ever since. Unfortunately the image is not showing up when I paste the URL of my homepage into a facebook post. I have gone to the facebook debug page (ttps://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug) as recommended by several blogs and they reported under the “These are the raw tags that we found” a Meta Tag for the image that is not the image uploaded in the Yoast SEO social tab <meta property=”og:image” content=”https://…&#8230;..jpg” />. Facebook is not matching with what the Yoast SEO social tab is stating. This would be great if it was fixed.
