Unfortunately, we do not currently have an ETA on a fix. Our development team is working on multiple projects that, for the current quarter, have taken precedence over the consolidation update.

There are portions of tech within both the Search Everything and Woocommerce plugins that are not compatible for certain uses. This can sometimes cause bugs when searching specific attributes. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Our latest plugin update, 3.6.4, will not work properly with sites on PHP 5.3.* or older. It requires PHP 5.4 or higher to function properly.

If your site runs on the older PHP 5.3.* you can still use our previous plugin version, v3.6.3, without a problem. It can be downloaded directly from WordPress at: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-23-related-posts-plugin/advanced/

The plugin was not built with any prioritization parameters regarding what populates after a search. This means that it automatically defaults to what is returned from WordPress’ database.

This is a great enhancement request and one that our dev team is looking into as we build out and update our suite of plugins. As such, our most relevant solution may be an upcoming rollout.

Within the settings of the plugin, you have the opportunity to choose which section of your page will populate in each search. Simply choose from the options within the Search Everything Basic Configuration portion of the page and don’t forget to save your alterations!
