    Hi @lauralisa,

    If you are trying to search products within a woocommerce application you are correct, they may not always populate appropriately through the Search Everything plugin. There are portions of tech within both plugins that are not compatible for certain uses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi @localjob,

    Within the settings of the plugin, you have the opportunity to choose which section of your page will populate in each search. Simply choose from the options within the Search Everything Basic Configuration portion of the page and don’t forget to save your alterations!

    Hi @malcsi2017,

    In order to activate the Research Everything search bar on your website access the plugin Settings. Once there, make sure to check both the Enable research tool on compose screen box as well as the Enable search results from the web on compose screen box. If this does not fix your problem please feel free to reach out directly at [email protected].

    If you could send a screenshot of this issue directly to [email protected] we would love to take a closer look at the code populating these results.

    Also, @raygulick is exactly right. In order to remove a specific category from populating in your search results simply access your plugin settings and choose the appropriate boxes within the Search Everything Basic Configuration field.

    Hi @lulupont,

    As we pushed out the most recent update of our plugin, 3.6.4, we found that it will not work properly with sites on PHP 5.3.* or older. It requires PHP 5.4 or higher to function properly.

    If your site runs on the older PHP 5.3.* you can still use our previous plugin version, v3.6.3, without a problem. It can be downloaded directly from WordPress at: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-23-related-posts-plugin/advanced/
