In reply to: Please Help.. Blog Logo Border Sizing?alcymyth – I think that might work; however, I won’t lie, I am still learning my way through css and the like. Can you please elaborate a bit more on what you said, as I am not 100% sure what to do.
So far, I removed the following code:
h1 { margin-top: 20px; }
and then I tried reducing the height and width, but either a) I did it wrong (it reduced the img size, but the 2″ space between the bottom of the img and the top of the border still existed), or b) you meant something altogether different.
Can you please explain further? Thank you.

In reply to: Please Help: Badge Code Still Not Working CorrectlyEsmi –
No worries – I need a break from the ‘puter for a spell, too. I got it to all work by placing the badges into individual widgets. However, their individual names/link disappeared. The coding you gave me earlier worked, then I am not sure what happened, but now it doesn’t. Is there any other way around that?

In reply to: Please Help: Badge Code Still Not Working CorrectlyCan anyone please help me? The coding Esmi listed to make the pet’s name link under their badge be seen worked earlier in the day when I was at work. I’ve since tried at home using Firefox as well as IE and neither browser is showing it. Can anyone please help me to make my pets’ name badges be seen instead of being invisible?

In reply to: Archives – List by Year Instead of Month-by-Month?Z –
Sorry to re-open this one, but I need your help with it. I had issues with badges on the right sidebar (long story – I had thread started to try and fix it, wound up going back to widgets instead as they seem to to be the only way to get them to work correctly). Now, that said, is there anyway the coding you had me insert, can that be converted to work with a widget instead? I hope you (or anyone, for that matter) can help me with this.

In reply to: Please Help: Badge Code Still Not Working CorrectlyThe only solution I came up with was doing away with the archives, as I’m of the opinion it can’t be fixed because no one has replied other than you, Esmi. Ah well..

In reply to: Please Help: Badge Code Still Not Working CorrectlyAwesome! That worked perfect. I can see her name, but those dividing lines can be seen with her name now. ??
Also, can that coding above also be used with the widgets to make Lily’s and Fez’s names show up like they’re supposed to as well?

In reply to: Please Help: Badge Code Still Not Working CorrectlyOne other bit of info to add.. I didn’t notice it at first, but there’s two other things going on (only with Molly’s badge – the other 2, which were added as widget, seem to be fine): 1) the right side of Molly’s badge now appears to be inproportionate to it’s left side, and 2) her badge isn’t supposed to have the thin border around her picture; hers should mirror theirs.
I would go ahead and make hers a widget instead, but I ran into the problem of how to move it to where the badge is now. The Archives (which you helped me with) was no longer a widget once we fixed it.

In reply to: Please Help: Badge Code Still Not Working CorrectlyEsmi! Delightful! You helped me get everything rolling back in April. I feel better knowing I’m working with you again on my blog. ??
So, here’s what I have now..
I went back in straighted Molly’s badge out (I must have cut off part of her badge’s coding earlier. In any case, you were able to help me reduce the padding; however, the code for trying to make her name link visible didn’t work.
And, there’s one other related problem. Under Molly’s name, the link is split up into three separate groupings, complete with separation lines. Is that something that can be corrected as well?

In reply to: Aid/Assistance w/Relocating A SectionNever mind, gang, it’s all good. I played around with some of the coding and eventually got kinda-sorta what I wanted. Thanks all the same. Cheers..

In reply to: Aid/Assistance w/Relocating A SectionOkay, I was looking through my acct and found the thread I was looking for: link. That will show/explain how the Archives aren’t a widget and what was done to make it that way. Let me know if that helps any.

In reply to: Aid/Assistance w/Relocating A SectionMy apologies. I prob. should have been clearer in that regard. The Archives bit is not a Widget. So, that solution won’t help.

In reply to: Column Sizing (Text As Well) Not BalancedAt home, I am float between Googe Chrome and Firefox. Unfortunately, when I am at work (where I am for next few minutes), I am stuck w/Internet Explorer (whatever the current vrs is). I looked again and the text is definitely smaller on right side of screen.
