Great tip @rajeshml. I was looking into this error for weeks and did not think of deactivating Element Caching. This resolved my problem in seconds!! Many thanks.

I try to inform the Elementor-Crew to fix this issue in Elementor Plugin.

I already tried to run Tutor LMS Pro and Yoast SEO or Rank Math. Both Plugins enabled break the layout of Tutor LMS Dashboard.

I use the default settings of both plug-ins. Anyway, what does it help if you know the settings, I am of the opinion that the layout at Tutor LMS should not be influenced by an SEO plugin.

I got a reply from Themeum Support today saying:

Hi pepe, thanks for your hint, I changed the settings

I was affected by this problem after a Plesk security update. I pull images from a sub-domain within my tld and still have the image with the message “this image was hotlinked”.

If you have access to the file directory wher your images are pulled from, you can place a .htaccess-file to allow hotlinked images. This worked fo me perfectly and with no effort. For this, read the following instructions here
